Application Form for Registration to Classes PG, LKG & UKG will be available ONLINE on the
school website: www.stclaresagra.com

PG: Age limit for admission as on 1st April 2026 – 2 years 11 months to 3
years 10 months (Children born between 1st June 2022 to 31st May 2023)

LKG: Age limit for admission as on 1st April 2026 – 3 years 11 months to 4
years 10 months (Children born between 1st June 2021 to 31st May 2022)

UKG: Age limit for admission as on 1st April 2026 – 4 years 11 months
to 5 years 10 months (Children born between 1st June 2020 to 31st May 2021)
- Registration Fee Rs. 500/– (Non-Refundable)
- Registration Fee is to be paid online.
- Registration Form is (NOT TRANSFERABLE).

Submit the hard copy of the online Registration Form in the School Office within 2 days of filling the form.
- Office Timing – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Documents to be submitted along with the Registration Form:-
a) Birth Certificate of the child from Nagar Nigam/ Mahapalika with child’s name, surname,
Date of Birth, Father’s
name & Mother’s name.

Aadhar card of the Child with Date of Birth, Child’s name and Father’s name.
a) Date of Birth on the Birth Certificate and Aadhar card should be the same.
b) Name/Surname of the child’s Father & Mother/ Guardian’s on Child’s Birth Certificate and
on Aadhar card should be
the same with correct spellings.
- Aadhar Card of child’s Father/Guardian.
- Aadhar Card of child’s Mother/Guardian.
- Latest passport size photograph of the child.

Latest postcard size photograph of the child along with
parents.
- Baptism Certificate and a letter only for Christian.
- Incomplete Forms will be rejected.
- Filling the Registration Form does not guarantee admission.
- We neither accept donations in any form or kind, nor entertain middlemen/agents.
Process of Registration for PG, LKG & UKG:
- The registration and payment of registration fee will be done online only.

- Go to link Online Registration for PG, LKG & UKG”.
- Fill the form correctly, leaving no column blank.
- Upload the photograph of the child taken along with parents.
- Submit the form online and then take a printout on A4-size paper.

The printed form along with the documents (see point 5 above) are to be submitted at the
office during school working hours within 2 days of filling the online form.

PG, LKG और UKG कक्षाओं में प्रवेश हेतु आवेदन पत्र विद्यालय की वेबसाइट www.stclaresagra.com
पर ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध होगा।
- PG: 1 अप्रैल 2026 को आयु सीमा – 2 वर्ष 11 माह से 3 वर्ष 10 माह तक (जिन बच्चों का जन्म 1 जून 2022 से 31 मई 2023 के बीच हुआ हो)।
- LKG: 1 अप्रैल 2026 को आयु सीमा – 3 वर्ष 11 माह से 4 वर्ष 10 माह तक (जिन बच्चों का जन्म 1 जून 2021 से 31 मई 2022 के बीच हुआ हो)।

UKG: 1 अप्रैल 2026 को आयु सीमा – 4 वर्ष 11 माह से 5 वर्ष 10 माह तक (जिन बच्चों का जन्म 1 जून 2020 से 31 मई 2021 के बीच हुआ हो)।
- पंजीकरण शुल्क ₹500/- (अवापसी योग्य नहीं)।
- पंजीकरण शुल्क ऑनलाइन भुगतान करना होगा।
- पंजीकरण फॉर्म हस्तांतरित नहीं किया जा सकता।
- ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण फॉर्म की हार्ड कॉपी फॉर्म भरने के 2 दिनों के भीतर विद्यालय कार्यालय में जमा करनी होगी।
- कार्यालय समय – सुबह 9:00 बजे से दोपहर 1:00 बजे तक।

पंजीकरण फॉर्म के साथ जमा किए जाने वाले दस्तावेज़:
1. नगर निगम/महापालिका द्वारा जारी बच्चे का जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, जिसमें बच्चे का नाम, उपनाम, जन्म तिथि, पिता का नाम और माता का नाम स्पष्ट रूप से लिखा हो।

बच्चे का आधार कार्ड, जिसमें जन्म तिथि, बच्चे का नाम और पिता का नाम हो।
1. जन्म प्रमाण पत्र और आधार कार्ड पर जन्म तिथि समान होनी चाहिए।
2. बच्चे का नाम/उपनाम, पिता एवं माता का नाम दोनों दस्तावेज़ों में समान और सही होना चाहिए।
- बच्चे के पिता/अभिभावक का आधार कार्ड।
- बच्चे की माता/अभिभावक का आधार कार्ड।
- बच्चे की नवीनतम पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो।
- बच्चे और माता-पिता की नवीनतम पोस्टकार्ड साइज फोटो।
- केवल ईसाई धर्म के लिए बपतिस्मा प्रमाण पत्र और एक पत्र।
- त्रुटिपूर्ण फॉर्म स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।
- पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरना प्रवेश की गारंटी नहीं है।
- हम किसी भी प्रकार का दान स्वीकार नहीं करते हैं और न ही किसी दलाल/एजेंट से संपर्क करते हैं।
कक्षाओं PG, LKG और UKG के लिए पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया:
- पंजीकरण और पंजीकरण शुल्क का भुगतान केवल ऑनलाइन माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

- फॉर्म को सही तरीके से भरें, कोई भी कॉलम खाली न छोड़ें।
- बच्चे की माता-पिता के साथ ली गई फोटो अपलोड करें।
- फॉर्म को ऑनलाइन सबमिट करें और फिर A4 साइज पेपर पर प्रिंट निकालें।
- प्रिंट किया हुआ फॉर्म और आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ (ऊपर दिए गए बिंदु 5 देखें) विद्यालय के कार्यालय समय में, ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरने के 2 दिनों के भीतर कार्यालय में जमा करें।
